Christian Education
Administration When the church theme, goals, and objectives are outlined and communicated by the Pastor, the Christian Board of Education works with the Youth, Women, and Men’s Ministries to annually develop and implement an educational program which includes workshops, teacher training, and special events that support the church missions, theme, goals, and objectives. |

Parenting MinistryThe primary goal of the Parenting Ministry is to orchestrate parenting seminars and workshops in accordance with the church’s commitment for evangelizing, educating, transforming, and empowering men and women toward “Kingdom Building” for God through love, faith and prayer. This ministry also provides the church congregation and adjacent communities with an array of parenting educational activities, spiritual support, and outreach development programs to strengthen family values. The TLC Ministry is committed to the spiritual and physical well being of all participating children, ages 9 months to 3 years old. This ministry is a vital part of our Christian Education curriculum and is intended to afford our little ones with an abundance of learning experiences to reinforce their understanding and love of their friend, Jesus. Each Sunday during regular worship time, these little ones are nurtured in the spirit while being taught about God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, in a praise-filled, safe, child-centered learning environment. |

New Member's ClassOur goal is to educate and disciple new members and new converts in the fundamentals of the Word of God. Through prayerful guidance the ministry seeks to foster understanding of the Holy Scripture which will enable new members to grow spiritually by transforming their lives. Our goal is to also promote fellowship and intentional relationships among new members and the EBC congregation to allow active engagement in ministries for purposeful use of spiritual gifts and for leading others to Christ. |

Vacation Bible SchoolThis is a specialized form of Christian education which usually focuses on children. At EBC, we also have a noon day VBS for our senior citizens. This is usually a four to five-day event held during the summer. We engage our audience in a variety of ways, including Bible stories, religious song, arts and crafts, skits, etc. There is no cost to those attending and dinner is served nightly free of charge. |

Bible SchoolThe mission of the EBC Bible School is based upon scriptural references found in Deuteronomy 31:12-13. It reads as such, “Gather the people together, men and women and little ones, and the stranger who is within your gates, that they may hear and that they may learn to fear the Lord your God and carefully observe all the words of this law, and that their children, who have not known it, may hear and learn to fear the Lord your God as long as you live in the land which you crossed the Jordan to possess” (NKJV). Reading, memorizing, and meditating upon the word of God are of no value without obedience to the Word of God. To obey the Word of God, you do what the Word of God indicates should be done in any situation. Obedience to the Word of God is the only way that the child of God can be pleasing to God in the new life. |

HealthThe Health Ministry of EBC provides physical, emotional and spiritual support to the EBC family as well as our community with biblical encouragement and prayer support, as well as a network of support groups, seminars, workshops, and professional counsel referral. We desire to show Christ to others in the way that we care for each other. We recognize that lifestyles, life stages, and circumstances alter the health and well-being of individuals, so we want to offer a support system that meets those needs. We are about promoting good health and well-being of the spirit, soul, and body. |
